At QuickMove we offer four package sizes. We do not provide fixed-price quotes or estimates — all moves are billed in straightforward ½-hour increments.

How It Works

  1. 1) Choose a truck size
    We’ve got a size for every move. Each package shows a “best fit” description so you can quickly pick the right option.
  2. 2) Check availability
    All dates and times are shown live online — pick what suits you.
  3. 3) Complete your booking details
    Enter pickup and delivery addresses, access notes, and answer a few quick questions so our team arrives prepared.
  4. 4) Pay the deposit (callout fee)
    Once the deposit is paid, your move is locked and secure. Any remaining amount is payable on the day by bank card or PayID.
  5. 5) Check your confirmation
    Review your booking confirmation to make sure all details are correct. It includes our phone number for booking enquiries.

  1. What size truck do I need?
    Choose the package that best matches your move — each option includes a “best fit” description. For guidance, see our Truck Sizes.
  2. How long will my move take?
    It depends on access (stairs, lifts, parking), item volume, and how packed/ready you are. We’re known for being fast and efficient. Billing is in ½-hour increments with a 2-hour minimum + ½-hour callout.
  3. How can I pay?
    We accept PayID and major bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners). Cash isn’t accepted. Any remaining balance is paid on the day. GST (10%) applies.
  4. If I only need the movers (no truck), what do I choose?
    Select our Labour-Only service — two professional movers without a truck, perfect for internal moves within the same building.
  5. Will the driver call before arriving?
    Yes — the team will call or text about 30 minutes prior with an ETA.
  6. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
    Yes — use the change link in your booking confirmation email. Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours’ notice; late changes may require a new booking (see Terms).
  7. Can I add extra pickup or delivery addresses?
    Yes — add additional stops in the booking form. Time is billed normally in ½-hour increments (tolls/fuel may apply for out-of-Sydney legs).
  8. Can I ride in the truck?
    Sorry — no passengers due to safety and insurance requirements.
  9. Do you charge for stairs?
    Only when the stairs/access are excessive (e.g., multiple long flights or unusual physical strain). A fatigue-management surcharge (e.g., $50 per person, if applicable) may apply. See Terms for details.
  10. Do you provide moving boxes?
    We don’t supply boxes — please be packed and ready before we arrive.
