• Moving rates are charged in 30-minute increments, according to the truck size selected.
• All advertised prices include GST.
• A minimum booking charge applies, covering the first two hours. The minimum charge varies depending on the truck size.
• After the initial two hours, additional time is charged in 30-minute increments at the applicable truck rate.
• Any additional charges applicable to your move will be explained or confirmed where required.

QuickMove® offers a 20% discount on applicable removalist rates when customers complete their booking online using our online booking system.

• The discount applies to eligible removalist labour rates when the booking is completed online.
• The discount is reflected in the applicable discounted rate for additional moving time, where offered as part of the online booking.
• The standard minimum booking charge for the selected truck size applies unless a different price is expressly displayed during the online booking process.
• All advertised prices include GST.
• The discount applies to eligible rates only and does not automatically apply to additional charges, tolls, fuel levies, travel expenses or other separately charged services.
• Customers must complete their online booking and payment to qualify for the online booking offer.

The applicable pricing and any discount will be displayed during the online booking process before payment is submitted.

• The minimum booking charge must be paid when your booking is confirmed.
• Any additional moving time is payable upon completion of the job.

The following inclusions apply to our standard relocation services:

• No fuel charges for moves within Sydney.
• No stair charges for properties up to two storeys.
• Soft, padded furniture blanket wrapping.
• Mattress shrink-wrapping.
• Standard furniture assembly and disassembly.
• Free use of boxes on moving day.
• GST included in all advertised prices.

Any additional products or services outside these inclusions may incur extra charges.

• We operate seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
• No additional weekend or public holiday surcharges apply.

• No stair charges apply to properties up to two storeys.
• For properties above two storeys, a once-off $50 fatigue allowance applies per mover.
• Customers must advise us of relevant access restrictions, including narrow staircases, steep driveways, limited parking, low-clearance areas and other conditions that may affect the move.
• Difficult or restricted access may affect the time required to complete the move. Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

• Additional travel time and expenses may be added to the final total for relocations outside Sydney.
• A 10% fuel levy may also apply where applicable.
• The applicable travel arrangements and charges depend on the pickup and delivery locations and the requirements of the job.

• A fixed charge of $20 per tollgate entry applies when toll roads are used during the move.

• Goods-in-transit cover is up to $100,000, subject to the applicable policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
• Public liability cover is up to $20,000,000, subject to the applicable policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
• Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of the relevant incident or discovery of damage, in accordance with the applicable claims requirements.
• Pre-damaged or second-hand furniture is excluded from cover under our stated policy terms.
• Coverage is subject to the applicable insurance policy. The stated policy limits do not guarantee payment for every item, incident or claim.

Customers should advise us of fragile, valuable, unusually heavy or specialist items before the move.

• Free rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made by 5pm on the day before the scheduled move to qualify for the stated refund arrangements.
• The minimum booking charge is fully refundable when cancellation requirements are met within the required timeframe.
• Customers should contact QuickMove® as early as possible if their moving arrangements change.

QuickMove® does not transport prohibited or unsafe items, including:

• Flammable or explosive materials.
• Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances.
• Fuel or gas bottles.
• Illegal items.
• Infested or biohazard materials.

Customers must advise us of any unusual or potentially hazardous items before moving day. Items that cannot be transported safely or lawfully will not be accepted.

• Customers cannot travel in our moving trucks.
• Vehicle height clearance and access suitability must be considered when arranging a move. Customers should advise us of known height restrictions; access cannot be guaranteed until assessed.
• An estimated arrival window will be provided after booking.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses and disclosing relevant access restrictions.
• Customers should arrange suitable parking and any necessary lift bookings, loading dock access or building approvals.
• Loose belongings should be packed securely, and appliances should be prepared for transport before the movers arrive.
• Any changes to the inventory, addresses or requirements may affect the time and cost of the move.
