QuickMove® Terms of Service
By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Pricing & Minimum
- Prices per ½ hour
- All prices are (GST included)
- Minimum charge covers you for a full 2 Hours
- Time is billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum.
2. Payment Terms
- The minimum charge must be paid upon booking.
- Additional time is payable on completion.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayID
3. Free Inclusions on all relocation services
- No Fuel Charges – Within Sydney
- No Stair Charges – for double story homes
- Free Soft padded blanket wrapping
- Free Mattress shrink wrapping.
- Free Furniture Assembly & Disassembly
- Free Use of boxes on the day
- GST included on all prices
Any additional products or services outside of the free inclusions will be extra.
4. Areas Outside of Sydney
- Additional travel time and expenses added to the final total if you are relocating outside of Sydney
5. Insurance
- Goods in Transit cover up to $100,000.
- Public Liability cover up to $20,000,000.
- Claims must be lodged within 24 hours.
- No cover for pre-damaged or second-hand furniture.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations must be made by 5pm the day prior.
- Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled within required timeframe.
7. Prohibited Items
- Flammable or explosive materials.
- Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances.
- Fuel or gas bottles.
- Illegal items.
- Infested or biohazard materials.
8. Important Notes
- Customers cannot travel in the truck.
- Height clearance cannot be guaranteed.
- ETA window will be provided after booking.
- Tolls if used are payable by the customer.
