Terms of Service

Minimum Hire Time

• 2-Hour Minimum: All moves have a two-hour minimum, billed in ½-hour increments.
• ½-Hour Callout (Deposit): A separate callout is payable upfront to secure your booking.
• Billing: Time beyond the initial two hours is billed in 30-minute increments.
• Online Deposit: The callout acts as your deposit. The remaining balance is due on completion.

GST applies to all rates and charges.

Pricing & Packages (per ½ hour)

• $45 — Pickup & Deliveries (0.5–1T Van): Suitable for single-item deliveries, small loads of light household items, fridge deliveries and more.
• $49 — Labour Hire (Two Men, No Truck): Ideal for internal moves, between-building transfers, stairs, event setups, loading/unloading your own vehicle or storage.
• $49 — Light Moves (2–3T Truck): Suitable for studios, small 1-bedroom moves and furniture deliveries.
• $59 — Standard Moves (4–6T Truck): Ideal for typical 1–2 bedroom apartment/house moves within Sydney.
• $69 — Large Moves (8–10T Truck): Best for larger 3–5 bedroom moves or bulkier items/access.
• $79 — 3 Men and (any size available truck), best suited for larger, urgent moves or heavier loads.

Optional third mover: Add a third mover to any package for $20 per ½ hour additional.

Rates are charged in ½-hour increments. A ½-hour callout applies and there is a 2-hour minimum hire. GST applies.

Payment Terms

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex & PayID.
• Cash is not accepted.
• Payment is due on the day during the move and in the presence of the removalist team.

Plastic Wrapping for Extra Protection

Heavy-duty plastic wrapping is available at a flat rate quoted on site by the removalist. Recommended for mattresses, TVs, delicate finishes, and fabric lounges.

Truck Toll Surcharge

Where toll roads are used, a flat $20 per tollgate entry applies (e.g., M2, M7, M4 and other major motorways). You will be advised when a toll is necessary.

Rescheduling Policy

Free rescheduling when requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled date. You may move your booking to any available date — including weekends — at no extra cost.

Late notice or same-day reschedule requests require a new booking. All change requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, please notify us by 5:00pm the day prior to your move. No refunds are available for cancellations.

Insurance Terms

• Goods in Transit Insurance: up to $100,000
• Public & Product Liability: up to $20,000,000

Important: Insurance covers damage during transit only. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of your move. For high-value items or non-transit risks, we recommend arranging additional coverage via a third-party insurer.

Fatigue Management

Our removalists must take short periodic breaks. Where the team encounters excessive physical strain (e.g., extended stair climbs, steep driveways, or extremely heavy items), additional time may be required to complete your move safely.

Fatigue Management Allowance: Where required under our safety policy or applicable guidelines (for example, extended duration shifts, late-night/early-morning work, long-distance travel, or strenuous access), a $50 per person allowance may apply if eligible. The team will advise on arrival if this applies to your job.

Outside of Sydney Relocations & Regional Areas

For moves involving any pickup or delivery address outside Sydney, return travel time, tolls, and a 10% fuel charge are added to the final total. These costs are based on distance and location and will be discussed where possible prior to the move.

While we always do our best to optimise space, we cannot guarantee that all items will fit in a single load.
Additional trips may be required depending on the volume and access conditions.
