QuickMove® Terms of Service

By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Pricing & Minimum Hire

  • $120 per hour + $60 callout fee (GST included)
  • Applies to all truck sizes and standard 2-man services.
  • 2-hour minimum hire time applies.
  • Time is billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum $60 per ½ Hour
  • Arrival is within a 3-hour window starting from your selected time.

2. Payment Terms

  • The Callout fee must be paid upon booking.
  • Additional time is payable on completion.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners Club.
  • Cash is not accepted.

3. Free Inclusions (Sydney Metro)

  • No fuel or travel charges within the free zone.
  • Soft padded blankets.
  • Mattress shrink wrapping.
  • Furniture assembly and disassembly.
  • Bedding assembly.
  • Professional tools and trolleys.

4. Additional Charges

  • $50 per person fatigue allowance may apply for stairs, long carries, steep driveways or difficult access.
  • $20 per tollgate entry if toll roads are used.
  • Extra heavy-duty plastic wrap: $10 per item.

5. Areas Outside Free Zone

Locations outside the Sydney Metro free zone incur:

  • Additional travel time added to the final total.
  • A 10% fuel levy.

6. Insurance

  • Goods in Transit cover up to $100,000.
  • Public Liability cover up to $20,000,000.
  • Claims must be lodged within 24 hours.
  • No cover for pre-damaged or second-hand furniture.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Cancellations must be made by 5pm the day prior.
  • Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled within required timeframe.

8. Prohibited Items

  • Flammable or explosive materials.
  • Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances.
  • Fuel or gas bottles.
  • Illegal items.
  • Infested or biohazard materials.

9. Important Notes

  • Customers cannot travel in the truck.
  • No electrical disconnection or reconnection.
  • No plumbing disconnection.
  • No wall mounting or bracket removal.
  • Height clearance cannot be guaranteed.
  • Some moves may require multiple trips.

10. Accepting the Terms of Service

  • Upon booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
