QuickMove® — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all bookings with QuickMove®. By confirming a booking, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Minimum Hire Time
- 2-Hour Minimum: All services operate on a two-hour minimum charge.
- After 2 Hours: Time is billed in 30-minute increments with an automatic 20% discount applied to all time beyond the 2-hour minimum.
- GST Included: All rates and charges are fully inclusive of GST.
Pricing Model
- Simple & Fully Inclusive: No callout fees, no hidden charges, and GST included.
- Upfront Minimum Charge: The 2-hour minimum charge is payable by 5:00pm the day prior to your moving date.
- Flexible Options: Services are available for deliveries, labour-only jobs, apartment moves, home moves and large relocations.
- Truck Sizes: 1T vans, 2–3T, 4–6T and 8–10T trucks are available. A 3-man team can be added to any booking when required.
All work after the 2-hour minimum receives an automatic 20% discount and is billed in 30-minute blocks.
Payment Terms
- The minimum charge (2 hours) must be paid by 5pm the day prior.
- Any additional time accrued during the move is payable upon completion.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex and PayID.
- Cash is not accepted.
Plastic Wrapping
Heavy-duty plastic wrapping for protection is available and quoted on site. Recommended for mattresses, TVs, delicate surfaces and fabric lounges.
Toll Surcharge
Where toll roads are required, a flat $20 per tollgate entry applies. Customers will be advised if tolls are necessary for efficient travel.
Rescheduling Policy
Free rescheduling is available when requested at least 24 hours before your booking.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day changes require a new booking.
All requests must be submitted in writing (email or SMS).
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by 5:00pm the day prior. No refunds apply after this cutoff.
Insurance Terms
- Goods in Transit Insurance: up to $100,000
- Public & Product Liability: up to $20,000,000
Insurance covers damage during transit only. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of your move. For coverage outside these limits, customers should arrange their own insurance.
Fatigue Management
For safety, our movers may take periodic breaks. Jobs involving extensive stairs, steep gradients or heavy lifting may require additional time.
Fatigue Management Allowance: For long shifts, late-night work or extended travel, a $50 per person allowance may apply. The team will advise if applicable.
Moves Outside Sydney
Regional or long-distance moves may incur additional charges including:
- Return travel time
- Tolls
- 10% fuel charge

QuickMove does not guarantee truck clearance for specific access points.
No insurance is offered for second-hand appliances or furniture with pre-existing wear.
While every effort is made to maximise space, we cannot guarantee that all items will fit in a single load.
Additional trips may be required depending on volume and access conditions.
