The rates shown are the advertised online booking rates for eligible
additional moving time. Your minimum charge is listed separately and
is not automatically discounted. Check the price displayed during
online checkout before submitting payment.
Understand Your Moving Costs
Your Minimum Charge
The minimum charge shown in the table covers the first two hours
of your move, including the two movers and selected vehicle.
Additional Moving Time
After the first two hours, additional time is charged in 30-minute
increments at the applicable rate for your selected package.
Online Booking Discount
Complete your booking online to receive the 20% discount on eligible
additional moving-time rates. The standard minimum charge remains
applicable unless a different price is expressly displayed during
the booking process.

Two Movers
Two movers are included in every package listed above.
No Fuel Charges Within Sydney
No fuel charges apply to moves within Sydney.
No Stair Charges
No stair charges for properties up to two storeys.
Padded Furniture Blankets
Soft, padded furniture blanket wrapping is included.
Mattress Shrink-Wrapping
Included to help protect your mattresses.
Furniture Assembly & Disassembly
Standard assembly and disassembly of suitable furniture items.
Moving Boxes
Free use of boxes on moving day.
GST Included
All advertised prices include GST.
When Can Additional Charges Apply?
Some moves involve travel, tolls or access conditions outside a
standard Sydney relocation. Please review the following details.

A fixed charge of $20 per tollgate entry applies when toll roads are used during the move. |

A once-off $50 fatigue allowance applies per mover for properties above two storeys. |
| Difficult or restricted access |
Narrow staircases, steep driveways, limited parking, low clearance and similar restrictions can affect the time required. Please advise us of these conditions before moving day. |
Any other applicable charges will be explained or confirmed where
required. Extra products or services outside the standard inclusions
may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
The minimum charge is payable when your booking is confirmed.
Any additional moving time is payable upon completion of the job.

Removalist Pricing FAQs
Does the minimum charge cover two hours?
for the 1T van, $300 for the 2–3T truck, $325 for the 4–6T truck
and $350 for the 8–10T truck. All advertised prices include GST.
How is additional moving time charged?
30-minute increments at the applicable rate for your selected
package. The online rates shown are $55, $60, $65 and $70 per
half hour, respectively.
Does the 20% discount reduce the minimum charge?
expressly displayed during the online booking process. The 20%
discount applies to eligible removalist rates and does not
automatically apply to the minimum charge, tolls, travel expenses,
fuel levies or separately charged services.
Do you charge extra on weekends or public holidays?
QuickMove® operates seven days a week.
Do your advertised prices include GST?
Which truck size should I choose?

to discuss your move before booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
subject to availability. Cancellations must be made by 5pm on the
day before the scheduled move to qualify for the stated refund
arrangements. The minimum charge is refundable when the
cancellation requirements are met within the required timeframe.
